About the apartments
They are newly purpose built apartments which consist of one bed room apartments which sleep 2(bedsettees available) and two bedroom apartments sleeps 4 people with twin and double beds as well as 2 three bedroom apartments which sleep six people comfortably. They are all self- contained with lounge diners and full size kitchen and bathrooms with parking spaces allocated to each. They are tastefully decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Additional put up beds available for children aged 10 or under upon request.

2008
We have a brand new two bed room disabled apartment especially designed for the disabled person and their carers. This includes a electric chair which rises by remote control to assist the person to stand. A wet room for showering and wheel chair assesibility. Also a electric bed which is remote controlled to raise the head and legs in the bed electronically.

Pets
We allow pets with prior arrangment in 2 apartments. These have to be booked in advance and are subject to availability. There is an additional payment of £25.00 per animal accepted.

Apartment Location
They are situated close to the town of Shanklin and the old village which houses some of the finest pubs and eating establishments in the area. The sea front is only five minutes away via a cliff lift or by car. You can walk to any location including the shops, trains and bus station within 5-10 minutes. There is a local medical center very close by too.

The location of the apartments are on the flat ground and are in the center of the town. Wheel chair friendly and accessible to all the pubs, restaurants and shops and bus/train stations.

The apartments are set over 2 floors and ground floor. The stairs are shallow and wide so are easily climbed by those who have some walking difficulties. Please feel free to ask what floor your apartment is on.A stairlift is fitted in one portion of the building to facilitate the use of upper floor apartments for those with difficulties.

We welcome people with disabed difficulties and we aim to ensure that all employees and guests are treated equally and according to their needs.On pre arrival please cntact us on 01983 866379 ffor any assistance required.The apartments are located in central Shanklin within easy access via the train and bus station and are on the flat. The disabled purpose built apartment has a ramp access from the car park straightinto the apartment. Parking is directly outside the apartment.The bathroom has anti slip flooring and has s everal aids for using the toilets,shower and sink.There is a chair lift and bed operated by electric power to rise and fall.We have a call cord in the bathroom for emergency use directly to the managers apartment.A welcome pack of toiletries and a few groceries are made available in the apartment.The two rooms are made up of two single beds and one twin, The beds can be moved to suit particular needs upon request.
