About the apartments
Apartments 1,3,,9 are two bedroom apartments spread over three floors. The ground floor is suitable for the disabled and people with walking difficulties. They are spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchens have microwave ovens as well as conventional cookers. They sleep up to four persons in two bedrooms consisting of one double bed and one set of twin beds. We do offer put you up beds for additional children under 10 years of age.There are washing machines in the apartments.The apartments are fully central heated and included in the tariff is all gas and electric supplied.

Apartment 2 and 4 are three bedroom apartments on the second and third floor and sleeps up to six comfortably.The bedrooms lay outs are two double beds and one twin set of beds.They are the same as above and meet a high quality. This apartment has a master en-suite.

Apartments 5,7,8, are one bed apartments that sleep up to 4 persons with bed settees in the lounge.

Apartments Regal 10,11.12 13,are very close by inour sister apartments Regal Court which over look the high street and these are very high quality apartments very close by (2 mins walk)

Apartment 14 As of 2008 we now have a purpose built 2 bedroom apartment especially laid out for the disabled. It incorporates a wet room, with full disabled facilities as well as electric riser chair in the lounge. There are ample grab handles around the apartment and the bedrooms are equipped with a bed which has full electric controls to alter the position of your head and legs at a touch of a button. This is a 2 bedroom apartment which can have either a double bed and set of twins or can be changed around to suit the disabled person and their carer or family. There are washing/dryer machines in all apartments.

Colour TV and DVD’s are standard together with wi- fi internet enabled access.

They are situated in the town of Shanklin and very close to the old village which houses some of the finest pubs and eating establishments in the area. Many of the public houses have live entertainment to suit all ages.The sea front is only five minutes away via a cliff lift or by car. You can walk to any location including the shops, trains and bus station within 5-10 minutes. We have Shanklin medical centre 6 minutes walk away in the town.We have our local Conservative and Unionist club which is arguably the finest club is the south of England 2 mins away and you will be automatically enrolled there to take temporary membership at a cost of £4.00 per person if you decide on visiting it.They have live entertainment most nights of the week and a restaurant.They do not allow children under 16 years of age. Its well worth a vist and you will save the cost of temporary membership on your first vist as the prices are a lot cheaper than the pubs!

We have close circuit TV monitoring the entire premises on the outside of the premises securing the building and car parking area.

The apartments are serviced once a week with clean towels and linen and there is a small welcome pack on your arrival to give you that welcome cup of tea or coffee before you set about exploring the wonderful area of Shanklin and the beautiful Isle of Wight.

There is a host of different activities to do on the Island to suit all ages and abilities just come along relax and enjoy some of the South’s most beautiful locations with an above average sunshine record for the UK.

	Apartment's 1,3,9 These apartments consist of two bedrooms, and sleep up to 4 persons. They are self-contained with lounge diners and full size kitchen and bathrooms, with parking space. Extra put up beds available on request for children aged 10 or under.

	Apartment 2 This apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 persons. It has a kitchen dinner and master bedroom en-suite.Good size bathroom and lounge. Apartment 4 is a three bedroom apartment on the second floor and sleeps up to 6 persons.

	Apartment 5,7 and 8 are one bed apartments that sleeps 2+2 persons with a sofa bed in lounge.Spacious bathrooms.

	Apartments R3,R4.R11R12,are very close by in our sister apartments Regal Court. These apartments consist of two bedrooms, and sleep up to 4 persons. Apartment 14 is a brand new purpose built 2 bedroomed disabled apartment especially fitted with a wet room and disabled furniiture and grab handles. It has a electiric bed and also a riser chair in the lounge. The bedrooms can be laid out to suit the individual users. The apartment has the same smart layout and equipment of all the other apartments and the car parking is directly outside the door.
